inVision was formed to meet the needs of Creative Professionals by developing custom programs and strategies that help each client with their specific challenges.

Programs include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and ongoing professional development through various multimedia resources.

As a Creative Coach and the founder of inVision, RaShelle Roberts has been recognized by industry leaders across the country for her unique ability to develop flexible, innovative programs that fit the unique needs of each client.

RaShelle applies more than 15 years of experience to guide her clients into a specific plan of action for their success.

Prior to forming inVision a decade ago, RaShelle operated as a business partner, directing the marketing and business development of a thriving design firm in Southern California. She has studied under the industry’s top leaders - attending and leading sessions that discuss leadership skills, innovative business-development techniques, and marketing strategies.

RaShelle also has contributed to leadership retreats, addressing the challenges and the successes of the creative industry.

inVision workshops have been featured at the HOW Design Conference (Connecting With Your Creative Side and Positioning Yourself for Success) and the AIGA Y Conference (The Creativity Workshop). Programs and workshops also have been developed for BREW Las Vegas, the San Diego, Orange County, and other chapters of the AIGA, the Graphic Artists Guild, PRSA, and others. In addition, RaShelle has contributed to both the Self-Promo Issue and the Business Annual for HOW Magazine.

RaShelle is an active member of the creative community, has served on the various chapter boards of the AIGA, and works closely with organizations that support creative expression as a way of healing for troubled youth.
