The Creative Business Manifesto 1:1 Sessions

A personal guide for growing your creative business.

“RaShelle preps designers to make effective change in our world.” ~ Crystal Reynolds

Pitfalls of the creatively self-employed

  • Always shooting from the hip
  • Putting yourself last every time
  • You jump to marketing before having a foundation
  • The grass is greener mentality
  • Misunderstanding the roles you play within your business.
  • Am I a strategic partner or an order taker?
  • You only work on your own marketing when you have to get some business in the door

The truth is, growth looks different for each person, each business. When you address the big picture and create a personalized plan, you lay a foundation for long term and consistent growth. These 1:1 sessions are designed for the creative business owner who is ready to create a new level of clarity and success, then put it into action.

One of the biggest challenges business owners face is the worry of evolving and moving their business forward. With these six-sessions  you will put the focus on what matters most, so you have the time and energy to generate and drive new ideas for your own business.

I created this course for ‘Creatives’; designers, web developers, writers, photographers – people who use their creative output on a daily basis to make money. When a business is built on uncertainty and too much guessing, it’s as if you’re building on quick-sand. The Manifesto course sets the stage for longevity, sustainability and strength through asking questions not often asked.

This course is a culmination of running a successful design firm and over 17 years of coaching creatives. There is a common theme of challenges and successes. Here we face them in a step by step process by taking the guess work out.

“Working with RaShelle really helped me gain clarity about how I need to move forward with my positioning and growing my design business. Her experience in the design industry and running her coaching business gives her an uncanny ability to understand the nuances that come from running a creative business. Her no nonsense approach allowed us to build rapport, and make progress quickly.” ~Patrick Sesko, Sesko Creative
